Grounded in the philosophy of collective sensemaking, we believe meaningful interventions are not invented by individuals – they are cultivated through collective wisdom.
Rather than working in silos, we convene Collaborative Design Fellowships: purpose-built, transdisciplinary teams that work alongside communities to cultivate a shared understanding of the challenges they are facing and collaboratively design immersive interventions through Extended Reality (XR) and Spatial Computing.
XR is our native medium – not because technology is the objective, but because every medium shapes how people understand the world. XR enables people to inhabit perspectives, explore complex systems and experiment with possible futures before they are realized.
We don’t simply create immersive experiences, we create the conditions necessary for communities and experts to imagine, test and shape better futures.
How We work
Our methodology is called the Collaborative Design Framework. Every initiative begins with a meaningful Design Challenge – a question curated from signals emerging across communities, research, public institutions, creative practice, industry and lived experience. For every Design Challenge, we convene a Collaborative Design Fellowship: a temporary, transdisciplinary team assembled around the perspectives needed to understand the challenge well.
